Is the restaurant and bar still open during special events?

Yes, during our dining hours, our bar and grill is still open and we would love to have you join us. Even if our lot is full, we will be sure to make room for friends old and new. Most days we will have immediate seating available.

Do I need a reservation?

Most days a reservation is not necessary, but we recommend them for large parties, during special events and our great holiday buffets. For a calendar of events, please visit our Upcoming Events page.

Do you have daily specials?

Yes, we offer daily specials which are made fresh and are dependent on the availability of our suburb  ingredients. Please call us at 715-341-4530 to inquire about today's food and drink schedule.

Do you offer carryout or catering?

Currently we do not offer off-site catering, but we welcome carryout orders. To place your order, please call 715-341-4530. Please allow extra time for large orders.

I have a special occasion coming up and would love to hold it at Smiley's Wedding and Banquet Hall. How do I reserve my date?

We offer a no obligation tour and informational meeting with Smiley. Please call 715-341-4530 or fill out our contact form to arrange a time and date to meet. Please allow 30-45 minutes to tour our wonderful facility.

Can I bring my own food or drink into the banquet hall?

Currently, we allow cakes and other desserts items to be brought into our facility. This policy is on an item by item basis, please ask during your tour.

Do I have to sign a contract to reserve the banquet hall?

Yes, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to reserve your date at Smiley's. We will gladly give you a copy when you come in to tour our location.

Do you carry liability insurance for the banquet hall?

Yes, we are insured for all instances that are our liability. We can not take responsibility for other vendors you hire.
